Snapshot 1 for the first few minutes of the song as you will need to master the foot-activated volume pedal to achieve the ambient and swirling cello-like stabs that Adam plays. Use your thumb instead of a pick on the Drop-D low E string to get a better timbre. Snap 2 for the heavier, overdriven sound that Adam uses to tear a hole in the fabric of space and time with Danny and Justin for the rest of the song. This was fun to make and I created a quick companion piece in Pro Tools that's on SoundCloud - so that you can see what you're in for before you decide to download and improve on my preset as you see fit.
