Who Twin PC+
Helix
First upload. This is a PowerCab+ patch for Helix. It is mis-named because it uses the Cali IV Rhythm and the US Double Nrm. The Cali replaced the WhoWatt, but try it out too. ---------- The idea is: two parallel amps, into two parallel IRs, into the PC+ running a speaker model - could be Natural (I like best), Green, Cream - each has its own flavor. FRFR is off. Speaker ONLY. No tweeter. ------- The IRs are 3Sigma HG 412 1a and HG412 5a. No high or low cut adjustments, signal even between them. --------- This is just an experiment. I'm hoping there will be a whole lot of other PC/Helix presets out there, and for once we'll have a consistent rig for comparison, front to back. --------- I found the Cali IV and Double Nrm to give me a good clean that handles drives well. And the sound just seems much "bigger" than with just one amp, or just one IR. ---------- So this is not the preset you take to the gig. Take it into your lab and experiment. Make it better and post it here. Thanks.
