I use an external tuner, compressor, and drive which is why I have FX Loop in block 1. If this isn't the case for you, replace this with deluxe comp. I also have an upgraded reverb tank on my amp that I have "always on" so if you don't need the gate at the end of your chain (I use it to reduce guitar noise,) replace the gate with an always on reverb.
