L-Star Spank IR
An original sound
Originally created as a Lonestar clean, the patch sounded too clean and needed a little spank and mojo. To add warmth and note bloom, a Tweed (Bassman) pre-amp block has been inserted before the Lonestar amp block. If you dig in on the low strings you can get some growl from the Tweed, otherwise the bottom end has the Lonestar tightness. The patch was created for an EBMM Cutlass, but should work equally well for a Strat, Tele and similar single coil guitars. This is the IR version which uses the Ownhammer IR "OH 412 RECTO V70B OH1-M+" in slot 1 (but please move the IR to a slot of your choice!). I have also uploaded a version which uses Helix Cabs called called "L-Star Spank Cab". I hope that the patch works with your gear configuration and that you enjoy it as much as I do!
