Helix
Prior to diving into Helix, my main large amp was an Awesome handwired tweed bassman. The standard model in Helix doesn't sound very much like it right off the bat and took some tweaking... but i think I have this one sounding the way mine does both clean and with varying levels of dirt. The minotaur sounds amazing with this amp (just like my Klon and the Tweed Bassman). This has the airy, room-filling tube tone that I was used to and has become one of my go-to patches for gigging. With this you can hear the resemblance to an early JTM - which was copied from this circuit. Built with a Tele and a Humbucker-equipped S-Style, but sounds good with LPs as well. Created in Snapshot mode with 4 stomp boxes in the lower 4 slots. And built using a QSC PA Speaker at Gig volumes. Feedback please.
