I paired an AC30 with a Princeton to create a tone that blends British chime with warm, glassy American character. The AC30 delivers sparkle and harmonic richness, while the Princeton adds sweetness, depth, and a smooth low-end foundation, resulting in a clear and dimensional sound that feels expressive and balanced in a worship setting. The preset is built around eight snapshots: Clean, Clean +, Clean Wet, Clean + Wet, Crunch, Big Drive, Lead, and Swells. The Wet snapshots lean heavily into atmosphere, with spacious delays and reverbs that create width and depth without sacrificing clarity. Clean + sits right at the edge of breakup, offering touch sensitivity and dynamic response that reacts naturally to pick attack and volume adjustments. For the drive tones, I used two pedals for subtle coloration, but most of the gain comes directly from the amp settings to preserve an organic, amp-driven feel. I built and dialed in this patch using in-ears with a Tele Custom and a Nashville Tele, focusing on articulation, balance, and a tone that translates well in a full band mix.
