I paired an AC30 with a Plexi to build a tone that blends sparkle and strength. The AC30 brings chime, clarity, and that familiar upper-end shimmer, while the Plexi adds warmth, midrange punch, and classic British grit. Together they create a dynamic, touch-sensitive sound that sits naturally in a modern worship mix. This preset is built around 8 snapshots: Clean Clean + Clean Wet Clean + Wet Crunch Big Drive Lead Swells The Wet snapshots lean fully into atmosphere, with spacious delays and reverbs that add width and depth while still keeping note definition. Clean + lives right at the edge of breakup. It responds to pick attack and guitar volume changes, making it easy to move from gentle rhythm work into more expressive moments. For the drive tones, I used an 808 and a Minotaur mainly for color and shaping. Most of the gain comes from the amp settings themselves, which keeps everything feeling natural and amp-driven rather than pedal-heavy. I built this patch using in-ears and dialed it in with a Tele Custom and a Nashville Tele, focusing on clarity, articulation, and a tone that holds together in a full band mix.
