This is a tone you can use to get (in my opinion) pretty close to John Sykes' tone from the 1987 Whitesnake album - legendary Les Paul and Mesa Boogie tones. Here I've used a Tubescreamer in front of the Mark IV Lead channel. You can also use your 1/4" out to run this into a power amp, or the XLR out has an IR (I used the Ownhammer Mesa 4x12 IR) to run direct. Hope you enjoy!
