My first tone - I'm an sound engineer and acoustic player jumping into electric. I run my American Elite Strat into this patch - it's very responsive to pickup settings: (I actually run it primarily single coil but having trouble changing the suggested pickup on the listing) It's clean on the neck / middle pickups and edgy with the Shawbucker. S1 switch has a noticeable effect as well. I've tried other "vintage" tunes like House of the Rising Sun into this and like it, but it was designed for a Ventures medley. Basic layout is a compressor up front to even things out, into the US Small Tweed, then the 63 Verb. Cabinet is the 2x12 C12N, with splits into a hall verb and tape delay. There is a foot switch on the output level to give you an extra clean 3.5 db when needed, as well as switches on the compressor, drive, spring verb, hall verb and delay.
