This is not an attempt to nail any one particular tone, but rather a go-to that will cover a lot of 80's pop/rock - Tears For Fears, Cult (Sanctuary, not Fire Woman), Police, Outfield, Duran Duran. It's built around the Roland JC amp. I moved the Rotary and the long delay to path 2a, as I found it really cut the boomy-ness of the rotary and the dual path let the 1/4 short delay play off the dotted 1/8th of the wet delay. Play around. I made the preset on an ESP Tele with a single-spaced humbucker in the bridge. Sort of Joe Strummer.
