This preset is a great all-round tone for the type of session work that Sofie usually does, covering all her basic needs. The preset consists of four snapshots, all using the Cali Texas ch 1 with a dual cab setup. She combines the matching 4x10 cali cab with the 2x12 Jazz Rivet to get a nice pristine clear sound. In the first preset, Sofie utilizes one of her favorite effects, the Retro Reel, to add movement and flutter to her clean tones. The second snapshot uses the Scream808 to add warmth and body to the sound, given a versatile tone that sits between clean and lead and is useful for making melody lines or other licks stand out. Snapshot 3 is a variation on the clean lead with added reverb and delay effects to add a dreamy quality to her clean sound.
