POD Go
This is my "All in One" POD Go patch (choice of drive rhythm guitar, drive lead guitar, clean/blues guitar, or bass depending on the snap shot). It uses the Revv Gen Red amp with a 4x12 Cali V30 cab*. There are 4 snap shots, with 3 effects available in all 4 SSs: 70s Chorus (Expression 2 controls the Mix level), Digital Delay (FS3 increases the Mix level), and Bass Octaver. FS1 increases the Gain of the Minotaur distortion, and FS6 increases the overall Level of the patch through the EQ. The 1st SS is the basic drive tone. The 2nd SS bypasses the amp to provide a very clean tone (use FS4 to engage the Minotaur to add some grit and then FS1 to increase the gain). The 3rd SS is the lead tone and is based on the 1st SS, but with the Aggression setting on the Rev amp increased from "0" to "1", the Chorus engaged, and the Delay Mix level increased slightly...engaging FS1 (added Minotaur gain) provides the highest overdriven tone for the patch. The 4th SS is similar to the 2nd SS (clean), but with the Bass Octaver engaged and set to make the guitar sound like a bass. * Note: This version uses the stock cab provided in POD Go Edit, but I also use an alternate version incorporating an IR (CT_ESV1_IR02) for the cab, which I feel has a smoother/warmer tone.
