Here's a Rockerverb-based dual-cab setup with 4 snapshots for the four main parts. Scott does some tap dancing with this one live, so this should be easier and get you pretty close if you're using PAF or lower output pickups. An expression pedal is great with the delays and dual phaser, but I'll leave that up to you. He goes pretty wet with this in a wet/dry rig, so I did something similar so that the note attack comes through even on the wettest parts. FS2 has a Master Volume boost and the snapshots are set so the reverb is always on. Enjoy.
