INSTRUCTIONS: This preset emulates my live rig which consists of PRS CE24 with JB/SH-1 set to the Mesa Mark IV amp's Lead channel thru a Mesa 4x12 with V30s miked with an Royer 121. The emulation by the Line 6 team is already close so the IR doesn't make much difference but adds on the extra oomph of a V30, the Royer121 mic and the Mark EQ. <br><br> Use this IR if you want the spot on sound of a Mark IV matched with a Mesa 4x12 with Celestion V30s:<br><br> https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iw6wFnNdXBwiZ17r_7keVMkwsPJDljoX <br><br> SNAPSHOTS: <br>1) A modern rock/metal tone suitable for rhythms.<br>2) A boosted modern lead sound <br>3) A 80s thrash/hair metal rhythm sound. If too trebly for you then cut the highs using the last L/H Cut block to taste<br>4) A 80s boosted lead sound.<br><br>NOTES:<br>Use the room reverb block only if you are playing through headphones. Adjust input gain block so that signal remains around -12db or below. Adjust output volume to desired levels with the gain block at the end of the chain. Map the snapshots and the the chorus,delay and reverb pedal blocks to the floor unit and use as desired.
