As requested, a preset of my blues solo featuring lots of options including wah, reverse delay, Vintage Swell and Pi Fuzz. There are NO CABS OR IRs on this preset (I'm plugging straight into the Effects Return of my amp). I'm using a 1x12 Celestion Greenback speaker so that should get you close. And for reference, I'm using a Strat with single coils on this preset. If extra space is required to allow you to add a cab, I'd suggest removing the reverb and the compressor at the end of the chain.
