For Another Brick In The Wall P1+2 by Pink Floyd

Snapshot 1 = Clean delay intro Snapshot 2 = Main clean rhythm sound Snapshot 3 = Distorted tone Snapshot 4 = Solo. I designed this patch to be used with the FX return of your amp hence why the cab block is switched off, however you could turn it on again if you liked. I made this patch to try and recreate lots of the sounds from both the first two parts of ‘Another Brick in the Wall’. So, snapshot 1 recreates the main rhythm sound from the first part – lots of delay is used. The other three snapshots are for the ‘part 2’ song. I used the same pedals that Mr Gilmour used – so a MXR Dyna Compression pedal and an Electric Mistress Flanger pedal. If the POD had more pedal banks I would have liked to use a Big Muff pedal for the distorted tone with a MXR Phase 90 pedal (as David did), but I just about managed without them. I heard that a Mesa Boogie Mark 1 was used in the studio, but as the POD doesn’t have it (yet) I went with the Mesa Boogie Lonestar amp. What a song and guitarist and band!
