This the closest I could get to the Time Is Running Out synth bass tone. Made with an Aerodyne Jazz. The button labeled Synth activates the 4 blocks on Path A (the synth sound) and on path B is a simplified version of my main bass preset linked here: uk.line6.com/customtone/tone/4948205/
