So was listening to some Mike Bloomfield, which is a favorite of mine. Anyway, thought, heck can't be too hard to copy his tone, les paul or sometimes a telecaster into a fender twin reverb cranked, treble all the way up and some mids/bass etc.. Of course I don't have his fingers or a les paul and his tone seems a little hollower, just working with gibson sg with seymour duncan jb/jazz pickups, but I still don't think it's bad. Imagine it in a band setting.... Might be a little to hot, so roll off volume a little if needed or tone. I also added a screamer 808 option and ping pong delay if needed.
