Jon Symons put together an amazing video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sl4nepsOdX8) on getting the 2017-2018 live Metallica tones. It uses a pair of Ownhammer IRs: OH 212 3QTR V30 CUT+121 for the James clean snapshot, OH 412 TRAD V60 OH1-05 for the James crunch / Kirk Wah presets. These are both in the California Duo pack. I used the EMG Het Set (Hetfield's signature pickups) in an LTD Snakebyte. These pickups run very hot, so you may need to adjust the settings to compliment to your pickups. The tutorial had them as separate presets, so I created them all as one big one. Big thanks to Jon and Sonic Drive Studio for the tutorial!
