Helix
This is my first attempt at a John Mayer preset. It was created using a stock '60s Roadworn Strat. I used his smaller boards (compressor, Aqua Puss, TS10, Klon, boost) and older Two Rock signature head as a reference to set the controls. It's a simple preset. I hope you enjoy it. To really get this tone to work, you'll either need to use a G12-65 type IR -- like the Two Rock 212 TR65 M88 C file from the Tonic IRs (tonicstud) freely available if you Google for it -- or apply a low mid boost (~250 Hz) to something like the Deluxe cab in the Helix or the Line 6 Allure pack's P12N.
