Neck/Middle pickup on a Strat. The key to playing the main riff is to play with your fingers with a pinching motion. Additionally, you have to play VERY lightly to get the proper tone. Lastly, roll the tone knob down on the guitar to about 5 or 6. Snapshot 1 is main riff. Snapshot 2 is solo.
