SoundCloud @ https://soundcloud.com/user-812066532-46779654/heart-warfare-helix-preset My attempt to reconstruct the AdrenaLinn III guitar pedal effect I believe JM used in the intro and verses of "Heartbreak Warfare." I went with the combo of the Line 6 Sweep Echo, Q Filter and the great sounding stereo option of the Ganymede reverb. The solo sounds like JM is using a a green pedal with knobs, so I went with the Line 6 Scream 808 model which is firstly boosted by a Kinky Boost (EP Boost) - this combination usually blends well. I added the Legacy Script Phase as it just added something that made the sound feel a little more properly dialed-in. For context on the Intro/Verse sound, JM is softly finger plucking an open-A then G14 to B17,repeat then open-D to G14 and B&E17, repeat. Let the delay and reverb do the work. The delays are set at 400ms and 600ms to match the song's tempo of 98/100bpm. This one wasn't easy to get "right." Delete my IR in the path and make all the changes you see fit. Enjoy.
