This preset has a freeze function to simulate a pad during key parts of this song, like the intro, verse 1 and chorus 1. Just select the ambient snapshot, strum a chord, and activate footswitch 5 to get the continuous pad sound to emit. You can then play notes over the top of the pad sound. Switch footswitch 5 off to allow the pad to naturally decay away.
