I have a fuzz pedal in the FX loop, a modded ZVex Mastotron. The industrial fuzz model would be the closest, but do try any fuzz that isn't too fuzzy or gated. Distortion might work too. I use the dual pitch block both for a slight octave up, and to up- / downtune from E standard / drop D, so set that accordingly. I can't quite get the mids and distortion exactly, and it's not using a chorus pedal to split, but it gets in the ballpark of the album "The Physical World". A good starting off point I would say.
